The Forney 220 AC/DC TIG welder is powerful, capable of welding up to 1/2" of mild steel with 220 AMPs of welding power. For Stick welding, the output power is 120V: 40% @ 85A and 230V: 35% @ 200A. For TIG welding, the output power is 120V: 40% @ 130A and 230V: 35% @ 220A. This machine is able to perform Stick (SMAW) and TIG (GTAW – AC/DC -P) welding processes.

Equipped with dual-voltage 120V/230V input power and an adapter, this welder is ideal for use on steel, stainless steel, cast iron, and aluminum. The Forney 220 AC/DC welder includes features such as Stable Arc at 5 AMPs, pulse welding, High Frequency Starts, TIG Torch/Foot Pedal Combination, Dual-Voltage, and Digital Gauges.
