This E71T-GS Flux-Core MIG welding wire for mild steel is perfect for all-position welding, and is particularly effective for single pass applications with high travel speed. It is an exceptional general purpose welding wire. No shielding gas is required for this product.

Attention: 1. Direct Current Straight Polarity (DCEN) welding is recommended. 2. For multi-pass welding, it is important to maintain the layer temperature at 135-165℃.

Product Features: - Moderate to low spatter: E71T-GS produces a smooth arc action and low spatter. The bead appearance may not be as good as a gas-shielded product. - Wide applications: This wire is suitable for butt, lap, and fillet welds, and works well on rusty, dirty, and painted materials. It performs excellently in outdoor and windy conditions, where other wires that require gas may suffer from wind blowing the gas away. - Self-shielded: E71T-GS is an all-position, single-pass, flux cored welding wire designed for welding carbon steel.
