Solar Powered Auto Darkening Welding Helmet Description

This solar powered auto darkening welding helmet features TRUE COLOR design, providing protection for your eyes by reducing lime green tint while welding. The viewing size is 3.66"x1.69", allowing for a clear view of the work area. You can adjust the SHADE, SENSITIVITY, and DELAY CONTROL settings to suit different welding modes. The helmet comes with a replaceable lithium BATTERY and features solar panel technology for charging while welding.

Helmet Installation Guide

The adjustable headband can be installed in just a few minutes following these steps:

1. Insert the PLASTIC SCREW (Part 17) through the hole of HEADBAND (Part 9) and attach the ANGLE SET NUT (Part 16) (Note: ensure the raised edge is facing backward).
2. Place the ANGLE SET PLATE 2 (Part 15) on the ANGLE SET NUT, ensuring the raised part is facing upward.
3. Mount the ANGLE SET PLATE 1 (Part 14) on top of ANGLE SET PLATE 2 (Note: plate 1 is adjustable).
4. Attach the HEADBAND (Part 9) to the HELMET SHELL (Part 8), ensuring the square part is fitted into the slot.
5. Secure the CHECK NUT (Part 13) and tighten the PLASTIC NUT (Part 12) (Avoid overtightening).

MIG Welding Instructions

To perform MIG welding:

• Install the MIG control switch into sockets.

• Connect the MIG gun cable to the (-) terminal of the welder and the work clamp to the (+) terminal. Avoid over-tightening.

• Set the work indicator to MIG mode and select the appropriate wire size.

TIG Welding Instructions

For TIG welding:

• Connect the TIG torch to the negative (-) terminal of the welding machine. (TIG Torch and TIG Torch Adapter are not included).

• Connect the work clamp to the positive terminal (+).

• Attach the gas hose to the gas regulator on the gas cylinder.

• Set the work indicator to TIG mode.

MMA Welding Instructions

DC (+) Welding connection:

• Connect the electrode cable to the (+) terminal. Avoid overtightening.

• Connect the work clamp to the (-) terminal.

• Set the work indicator to MMA mode.

For DC (-) welding, reverse the connections so that the electrode cable is connected to (-) and the work clamp to (+). Both methods can be used.
